Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in commercial management, investment delivery or asset management.
- Experience of managing complex, high-value construction programmes from planning through delivery.
- Experience of budgets, forecasting, cost reporting and financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of maintenance revenue and capital improvement budgets.
- Manage contractor partnerships to deliver investment plan and value.
- Provide commercial oversight and reporting of performance indicators.
- Set objectives and drive productivity and quality across teams.
