Job summary

Incommunities is recruiting an Investment Delivery Manager to lead major investment and maintenance programmes, with strong commercial oversight and a strategic approach to value for money. The role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes, managing contractor partnerships and driving continuous improvement.

You will manage budgets, support future investment planning and set clear team objectives to ensure safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction across a large housing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in commercial management, investment delivery, asset management or similar role within housing/construction/maintenance
• Experience delivering high-value construction/investment programmes from planning to completion
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost reporting and financial controls
• Strategic level work to implement or improve investment delivery
• Experience managing contractor relationships, negotiations, valuations and invoicing
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and capital improvement programmes within budget, time and quality targets
• Provide strong commercial and financial oversight and KPI reporting
• Lead partnerships with contractors and sub-contractors to maximise value for money
• Support business planning for future investment programme delivery
• Set clear objectives for teams and drive productivity and quality
