Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Private Equity, M&A, Business Development, or Corporate Finance roles at a financial services firm or a corporation
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis, with experience during M&A or company restructuring processes
• Curiosity to find companies active in emerging technologies and assist these companies in developing their operations to scale in the future, particularly within the four targeted business lines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Professional proficiency in French is required
