This will be your impact:

• Execute end-to-end fund investment processes, from market scanning to post-investment management
• Lead comprehensive due diligence on potential fund investments, including:
• Analysis of historical performance metrics
• Assessment of management team capabilities
• Evaluation of investment strategies and value creation approaches
• Coordinate internal and external due diligence teams across legal, tax, sustainability, and compliance workstreams
• Develop and present investment recommendations to senior leadership
• Structure and negotiate investment terms with fund managers
• Manage existing fund investments, including:
• Regular portfolio performance analysis
• Budget management and capital call execution
• Distribution processing and reporting
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with fund managers, co-investors, and industry partners
• Ensure compliance with investment guidelines and governance standards

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
• Experience & Skills:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or fund management
• Proven track record in fund investments or similar transaction-based roles
• Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities
• Exceptional due diligence and risk assessment skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Deep understanding of infrastructure or private equity fund structures and LP/GP dynamics
• Experience in ESG-focused investments
• Strong network within the private equity community
• Track record of successful fund investments
• Experience in industrial or technology sectors
• Ways of working:
• Outstanding relationship management and communication abilities
• Skilled at fostering positive connections within diverse, international teams while bringing people together across functions
• Experienced in managing complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
• Languages: Business proficiency in English; additional languages are welcome
