Role Overview

As a Senior Investment Management Product Manager, you will leverage your experience in equity investments and product management to lead the strategic vision and roadmap for Vanguard’s future optimization and execution capabilities. You will identify and incorporate emerging trends in these disciplines and directly impact how the Equity team trades and makes decisions.

Responsibilities

1. Lead digital product management activities for multiple digital products or a strategic product with cross-divisional impact.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that significantly enhance the client experience, ensuring alignment with business case drivers.
3. Coach digital product teams towards best practices and oversee their support in messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
4. Facilitate strong business support by promoting a consistent approach to decisions and client propositions, connecting with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new products with cross-divisional impact, including market analysis, defining features, and developing implementation plans.
6. Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
7. Participate in business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
8. Engage in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant product management experience and leading product delivery initiatives.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with order management and trading systems.
• Profile management and investment decision experience.
• Data analytics experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with modeling capabilities is preferred.
• AWS Architecture knowledge is preferred.
