Mercer is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to join our UK DC Pensions team. As a Lead Consultant, you will provide investment advice to complex clients, helping to shape their retirement outcomes. Mercer boasts one of the UK's largest teams, committed to leading change in a rapidly evolving market landscape.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide investment advice on objectives, policies, manager selection, and monitoring for institutional clients.
2. Develop and assess investment strategies for large clients.
3. Build and maintain client relationships through networking, events, and seminars.
4. Expand business via presentations, RFP responses, and collaborative calls.
5. Enhance visibility through speaking engagements and publications.
6. Create and oversee project work plans, timelines, and budgets.
7. Understand client requirements and guide the team accordingly.
8. Review reports, add client-specific insights, and ensure suitability.

Qualifications:

• Relevant professional qualifications such as IMC, FIA/FFA, or CFA.
• Experience in investment advice within a DC pensions consultancy or leadership role.
• Knowledge of investment products specific to the DC pensions market.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
