Insight Global is seeking a Senior Associate to join our premier banking client. This role focuses on providing Investment Banking services to infrastructure funds, private equity clients, and corporates within the communications infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in execution of mandated deals
• Prepare marketing pitchbooks and related materials
• Gather public information from various sources
• Create financial models and analyses
• Generate discounted cash flow and other valuation models
• Build company forecast models
• Draft marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and sell-side assignments
• Maintain databases and conduct general research
• Identify operational risks and control deficiencies
• Ensure compliance with firm policies
• Report operational risks and control issues promptly to management

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of M&A advisory experience
• Experience in Communications Infrastructure or Infrastructure investment banking
