Insight Global are looking to hire a Senior Associate for one of our premier banking clients. This role will be focused on providing Investment Banking services to infrastructure funds, private equity clients and corporates within the communications infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in execution of mandated deals
• Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
• Gathering public information through numerous sources Creating financial model analyses
• Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics
• Building company forecast models
• Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or sell-side assignments
• Producing and maintaining various databases General research
• Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
• Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
• Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly. Failure to do so may subject you to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years within M&A advisory experience
• Experience in Communications Infrastructure or Infrastructure investment banking
• Demonstrable Investment Banking transaction experience and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used
• Strong analytical skills (financial modelling)
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
