Job Description:

Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Associate for one of our premier banking clients. This role focuses on providing Investment Banking services to infrastructure funds, private equity clients, and corporates within the communications infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of mandated deals
• Prepare marketing pitchbooks and related materials
• Gather public information from various sources
• Create financial model analyses
• Generate discounted cash flow models and other valuation models
• Build company forecast models
• Draft marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and sell-side assignments
• Maintain various databases and conduct general research
• Identify operational risks and control deficiencies proactively
• Review and comply with firm policies relevant to your activities
• Escalate operational risk events and control issues promptly to management

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of M&A advisory experience
• Experience in Communications Infrastructure or Infrastructure investment banking
• Proven Investment Banking transaction experience with a solid understanding of valuation approaches
• Strong analytical skills, especially in financial modeling
