Costa Coffee is seeking an Internal and Leadership Communications Manager to shape how more than 20,000 Costa team members connect with our strategy, leaders and culture. This hybrid role in St Albans will partner closely with senior leaders to translate priorities into clear, compelling narratives and campaigns.

You will own our internal and leadership communications strategy, deliver annual plans, and lead executive messaging for company‑wide meetings, events and transformative initiatives,

Qualifications

• Extensive internal and leadership communications experience within a large/global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver our internal and leadership communications strategy, annual plan and communications drumbeat, translating business priorities into a rhythm of campaigns and leadership moments.
• Shape executive and leadership communications across company‑wide meetings, events and key strategic moments.
• Lead communications planning and delivery for major business change and transformation initiatives, including complex or sensitive moments.
• Act as the communications lead for major business priorities and strategic programmes.
• Partner with senior leaders, advising on communications strategy and stakeholder engagement across teams.
• Set the measurement approach for internal communications and demonstrate impact.
