Job summary

Panda Ireland is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead internal communications across a large, multi-site organisation with UK operations and travel to Ireland. You will ensure staff are informed, engaged and connected to priorities, culture and values, establishing a clear rhythm of communication across the business.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in internal communications at a senior level
• Experience in large, multi-site or dispersed organisations
• Proven ability to deliver strategic internal comms programmes
• Experience engaging diverse employee groups including operational staff
• Strong ability to advise executives and senior leaders
• Knowledge of digital engagement platforms and content management systems
• Strong planning, prioritisation and project management skills
• Ability to use data and feedback to improve communications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an internal communications strategy aligned with priorities and values
• Translate strategy into clear messages for diverse employee audiences
• Establish a consistent communications rhythm across the organisation
• Advise senior leaders on internal comms and leadership messaging
• Support leaders with announcements, briefings, and updates
• Partner with Executive Team and senior stakeholders to shape comms
• Develop a channel strategy reaching office-based and operational staff
• Oversee internal content including campaigns and intranet content
• Manage channels such as SharePoint, email, meetings and events
• Ensure communications are inclusive and align with brand guidelines
• Lead comms for transformation programmes and culture change
• Develop engagement campaigns to improve morale and alignment
• Measure effectiveness using feedback and performance data
• Manage internal comms team, budgets, agencies and suppliers
• Plan and coordinate internal conferences and town halls
