Greene King is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to act as an independent assurance function, providing third-line audits across the business and reporting to the Executive Board. You will develop IA capability, mentor junior auditors, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve controls and risk management.

The role emphasizes maintaining independence, delivering high-quality audit work, and supporting the development of an assurance map within Greene King.

Formación

• IA qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience in governance and risk management.
• Ability to mentor junior auditors.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead independent assurance across Greene King.
• Develop and execute the Audit Plan and test plans.
• Coach junior auditors and perform quality checks.
• Report findings with recommendations and manage actions.
• Review accuracy and timeliness of management information.
• Maintain GK assurance map and independent advice on risk.
