Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join the Head Office IA team in the UK. You will act as an independent assurance function, conducting risk-based third-line audits across the organisation and reporting to the Executive Board.

You will lead and mentor junior auditors, shape IA methodology, deliver the Audit Plan, and provide independent advice on governance, risk management and controls. You will collaborate with Executive and SLT, review information, and maintain the GK

Qualifications

• IA qualification or equivalent (IIA or similar).
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Head Office Internal Audit Team.
• Mentor junior Auditors and develop IA capability.
• Develop and mature IA methodology and testing.
• Deliver the Audit Plan, manage findings and close-out meetings.
• Provide independent advice on best practice to the business and stakeholders.
• Review accuracy and relevance of information provided for management.
• Maintain GK assurance map and support risk mitigation.
