Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be helping an iconic British brand recruit a Senior Internal Audit Manager to join their corporate governance function. The role sits in the Internal Audit Leadership team, overseeing financial, operational, and IT audits across the business.

You will report to the Director of Internal Audit, lead a team of auditors and build strong relationships with key stakeholders while presenting at Audit Committees. This is a high-impact, UK-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional qualification ACA/ACCA/CIA/CISA is required or advantageous.
• Experience in internal audit, ideally within industry.
• Strong grasp of IT audit and technology assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the internal audit plan and strategy.
• Present to Audit Committees and key governance forums.
• Report to the Director of Internal Audit and manage a team of auditors.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to influence risk decisions.
