Job summary

Diageo seeks a Global Audit Manager to lead complex internal audit assurance reviews with end-to-end project management. You will deliver insights that strengthen risk management and governance across the business, translating data into clear findings for leadership.

You will partner with Europe and Global Functions, develop others in the team, and participate in CARE initiatives. Located in London head office with occasional international travel required.

Qualifications

• CA with IIA/CIA certifications is an advantage.
• 4–8 years' experience in internal audit, SOX, risk management or process improvement.
• Knowledge of COSO frameworks and audit methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex internal audit assurance reviews and manage end-to-end projects.
• Provide insights that improve controls and governance.
• Synthesize data into meaningful risk insights.
• Engage with stakeholders across Europe and Global Functions.
• Develop personal growth and contribute to team development.
• Participate in non-audit CARE Team initiatives.
• Role based in London with office attendance as needed.
• International travel will be required.
