Job summary

Modus Careers is working with an established luxury residential interior design studio in Birmingham. We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join a small team and take real ownership of projects from concept through to completion.

You’ll lead client conversations, develop concepts, specify FF&E and materials, coordinate suppliers and contractors, visit site and ensure the finished project delivers on the original vision. Strong AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years in interior design with luxury residential experience.
• Proven ability to take ownership from concept to completion.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage joinery details.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations and present design concepts.
• Develop concepts, specify FF&E and materials.
• Coordinate suppliers and contractors, visit sites.
• Ensure drawings and detailing meet vision and quality.
