Job summary

A globally recognized design studio in Hungerford is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead complex, high-end residential projects. You will collaborate directly with the Founder and enjoy a hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in luxury interior design and a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a creative leadership role in a supportive and ambitious team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading large-scale luxury residential projects.
Previous experience in a top interior design studio in the UK or Europe.
Strong supplier knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong supplier knowledge, exceptional detail orientation, mastery of AutoCAD & Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).
Proactive, highly organised, capable of running multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

Lead 2–3 prime residential projects managing from brief to installation.
Act as primary contact for high-profile clients and contractors.
Design bespoke joinery and manage project budgets and logistics.
Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and complex global logistics.
Bring fresh ideas, supplier connections, and creative energy to elevate each project.

With a growing portfolio of exceptional properties across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US, they are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead complex, high-end residential projects from concept to completion.

The Role

Lead 2–3 prime residential projects at a time, managing every stage from initial brief to final installation.
Act as the primary contact for high-profile clients, consultants, and contractors.
Design and oversee the production of bespoke joinery, lighting, and furniture, with an exceptional eye for materiality and detail.
Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and complex global logistics.
Bring fresh ideas, supplier connections, and creative energy to elevate each project.

About You

Experience – 5+ years leading large-scale luxury residential projects, ideally with international delivery.
Pedigree – Previous experience in one of the UK or Europe’s top interior design studios.
Polish – Confident in presenting to high-net-worth clients and navigating demanding briefs.
Expertise – Strong supplier knowledge, exceptional detail orientation, and mastery of AutoCAD & Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).
Drive – Proactive, highly organised, and capable of running multiple projects independently.
