Job summary

Modus Careers is recruiting a Senior Interior Designer for a luxury residential studio in Birmingham. You will take ownership from concept to completion, leading client conversations, developing concepts, and coordinating joinery, M&E and detailing.

Strong AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe skills are essential. The role is based in the Birmingham studio with initial full-time hours, offering flexibility after established, including some home working.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in interior design, with luxury residential experience.
• Ability to own projects from concept to completion.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to completion.
• Present concepts to clients and develop FF&E and materials lists.
• Coordinate suppliers and site visits to ensure the design vision is delivered.
