Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer within luxury or bespoke interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end luxury interior design work.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through to installation and completion.
• Strong technical capability with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience producing and overseeing detailed technical drawings, specifications and design documentation.
• Confident presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding of FF&E, bespoke furniture, joinery and luxury detailing.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive with a solutions-focused approach.
• Able to lead, mentor and support junior designers.

Senior Interior Designer to work on exceptionally high-end luxury projects and offering lots of autonomy, client contact and design freedom.

Position

A leading luxury interior design studio is seeking a Senior Designer to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will focus on delivering high-end, bespoke interior projects from initial concept through to completion, combining creative design thinking with strong technical, commercial and project management skills.

The Senior Designer will take ownership of multiple projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, procurement teams and internal stakeholders to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard. The role will also involve overseeing bespoke FF&E and joinery, attending site visits and supporting the development of junior designers.

Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Designer with a strong luxury portfolio and the ability to lead bespoke projects from concept through to completion.

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or equivalent within luxury, high-end residential, hospitality or bespoke interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality luxury and/or high-end interior design projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through to installation and completion.
• Strong technical capability, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experienced in producing and overseeing detailed technical drawing packages, specifications and design documentation.
• Confident presenting design concepts and communicating effectively with clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of FF&E, bespoke furniture, joinery and luxury detailing.

The studio offers hybrid working, project dependent, with Mondays and Fridays typically from home, alongside an extensive benefits package that can be discussed over the phone.
