Job summary

Architecture Social Limited in London is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing interiors team. You will lead projects from concept to completion across luxury hospitality, high-end residential and commercial schemes, shaping the studio's design direction.

Reporting to the Head of Interior Design, you will steer design quality, manage client relationships, coordinate with architects and consultants, and mentor junior designers while contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years experience in Interior Design.
• Experience on luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.
• UK work right – sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept through to technical delivery.
• Develop compelling design narratives and communicate to clients and consultants.
• Maintain design integrity and creative vision across all stages.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and specialist consultants.
• Undertake site visits and review bespoke design details before installation.

Job description

A leading design led practice based in Central London is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing London interiors team. Working across luxury hospitality, high-end residential and commercial projects, this role offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept through to completion while helping shape the future direction of a dynamic interiors team.

Reporting to the Head of Interior Design, the successful candidate will combine strong creative leadership with technical expertise, overseeing design quality, managing client relationships and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams across architecture and masterplanning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from concept design through to technical delivery
• Develop compelling design narratives and communicate them confidently to clients, consultants and contractors
• Maintain design integrity and creative vision throughout all project stages
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and specialist consultants to deliver integrated design solutions
• Undertake site visits and review bespoke design details prior to installation
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities
• Support bids, presentations and project-winning activities
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
• Champion high standards of design, delivery and project performance

Requirements:

• At least 6-8 years experience in Interior Design
• Experience working on luxury hospitality, high end residential or mixed use projects
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to completion
• Experience managing clients, consultants and project teams
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of design delivery, detailing and construction processes
• The right to live and work in the UK - the practice cannot sponsor
