Job summary

Architecture Social is a design-led architectural practice specialising in bespoke private residential projects. We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our growing team with a focus on London-based homes.

You will contribute creatively and technically throughout the project lifecycle, developing interiors from concept through construction and handover, collaborating with architects, consultants and suppliers in a close-knit studio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related discipline.
• At least 4 years experience working on high-end private residential projects.
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills desirable.
• Excellent technical drawing, detailing and specification skills.
• Experience across all project stages.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• The right to live and work in the UK - the practice cannot sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts in response to client briefs and project objectives.
• Produce high-quality drawing packages, schedules and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Support projects through all RIBA work stages, from concept design to construction and handover.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, material palettes and FF&E proposals.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist with sourcing furniture, fixtures, finishes and bespoke design elements.
• Contribute to technical detailing and drawing production to a high standard.
• Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits where required.
• Manage project information and meet key deadlines across multiple projects.

Working within a collaborative and close-knit environment, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the design and delivery of exceptional residential interiors, contributing both creatively and technically throughout the project lifecycle.
