Job summary

Berkeley Group Plc is seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead the interior design strategy across multiple prime residential and mixed-use developments in London. You will shape customer experiences, guide FF&E choices, and ensure design deliverables meet high standards from concept through to delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a collaborative approach with Development, Technical, Commercial, Construction, Sales and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering high-end residential/mixed-use interior design projects from concept through to completion.
• Proven ability to lead design across multiple developments and coordinate consultants and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement, detailing, and construction delivery with regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead exceptional interior design across multiple residential and mixed-use developments.
• Develop design concepts, palettes, FF&E selections and detailed schemes reflecting customer aspirations.
• Drive projects from concept to completion and manage feasibility through installation and handover.
• Coordinate consultants, suppliers and project teams to meet programme, budget and quality objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration to build design talent.
