Job summary

Kargo Commerce is seeking a Senior Interactive Designer to work with the Ad Design team in London, driving visually stunning social ad campaigns and user-centered design solutions.

You will design and animate assets, maintain brand guidelines, and mentor junior designers while collaborating with account managers to realise big ideas for mobile campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design or motion graphics experience.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, XD/Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across mobile, social, branding, advertising, video.
• Passion for social media, ad technology, innovation, and UX.
• Experience in mobile advertising preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior designers.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate paid social ad assets.
• Research and maintain brand guidelines for clients.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers to bring ideas to life on mobile.
• Lead client brainstorms and creative meetings when requested.
• Own a function as a go-to design resource for the New York team.
• Mentor and manage lower level designers.
• Execute quick-turnaround design requests.
• Develop mocks and prototypes of innovative ideas.
• Design and execute pre-sale ad campaign mocks.
• Be a subject-matter expert on a specified function.
