Job summary

Kpler in London is seeking a senior graphic designer to lead end-to-end creative across global campaigns, reports, events, and digital channels, using graphic design and motion to turn data and expertise into compelling visuals.

You will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Data Visualisation, and Product Design to elevate the brand, mentor colleagues, and push creative boundaries while upholding brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Senior-level design portfolio spanning static and motion across multiple formats.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) with familiarity of Figma.
• Experience developing storyboards, motion systems, and designs for campaigns, OOH, digital, print and events.
• Ability to simplify complex B2B data into clear, visual storytelling.
• Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own creative projects end-to-end for global campaigns, reports, events, social content, and digital channels.
• Translate complex market data into engaging visual stories.
• Lead multi-format visual design across digital platforms, print, OOH, and events.
• Inject bold creative vision and shape core strategic ideas.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Communications, Data Visualisation, and Product Design.
• Evolve and champion the brand while expanding creative formats.
• Mentor and elevate junior and mid-level designers.
