You will work with engineers and business stakeholders to implement robust solutions and drive AI-enabled automation. The position emphasizes self-direction, customer-first thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, with hybrid work flexibility and equity

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, APIs and relational databases.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable integrations end-to-end within defined timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with GTM and Engineering to accelerate deployment and shape the roadmap.
• Build reusable tooling and automation patterns across customer accounts.
• Advise customers on sustainable system architecture and scope management.
