Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a technically skilled engineer to deliver scalable integrations for our global customers. You will design, build, test, and hand off end-to-end integration and automation projects within defined timelines and budgets.

You will partner with GTM and Engineering teams to accelerate deployments, influence product roadmap, and build reusable tooling. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential for success in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, integration patterns, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang).
• Fluent in French with ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.
• Use of AI coding assistants and automation tools to accelerate work securely.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, build, test, and hand off standard integration and automation projects end-to-end within defined timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate across GTM & Engineering with Account Executives, CSMs and Onboarding Managers to accelerate deployment and inform Product roadmaps.
• Build scalable tooling by identifying patterns and creating shared scripts and automations for multiple accounts.
• Advise customers on sustainable system architecture and manage scope boundaries.
