Job summary

Mitti, part of SafetyCulture, is seeking a Technical Integrations professional to deliver scalable integrations and automation for frontline workforces. You will work across GTM, Product, Design & Engineering to accelerate value delivery and shape the roadmap with customer insights.

You will use SQL, APIs and scripting to build reusable solutions and define robust integration architectures while maintaining a customer-first focus and adapting to changing requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python/JavaScript/Ruby/Golang).

Responsibilities

• Scoping, designing, building, testing and delivering standard integration and automation projects end-to-end.
• Partnering with GTM and Engineering to accelerate deployment and feed customer feedback into roadmaps.
• Building reusable tooling, scripts, templates, and automations to reduce delivery effort across customer accounts.
• Advising customers on scalable system architecture and managing scope and advanced requirements.
