Job summary
Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking a Senior Integration Business Systems Analyst to join the IT & Digital Integrations Team. You will work with stakeholders, architects and developers to design and deliver complex integration solutions across enterprise applications and cloud services.
Reporting to Integrations Technical Lead, you will help ensure data quality, security and governance while supporting major transformation programmes including student management and HR/Finance
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior BA on complex integrations.
- Experience capturing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and data mappings.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methods.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Proven stakeholder management and coordination with multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design and delivery of enterprise integrations.
- Document requirements, specs, interface designs and mappings.
- Translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, architects and suppliers.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and resilient.
- Support governance, data protection and regulatory compliance.
