Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant in its Insurance practice in the UK (Glasgow). You will design and lead streams of work across Property/Casualty, Life and Health, advising on market-leading strategies and digital propositions while delivering value for clients.

You will apply systems-thinking, strong communication, and problem-solving to ensure ambitions are achieved, leading cross-functional teams and contributing to business development and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Management consulting experience
• Agile and traditional project management practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business acumen and financial management capability
• Understanding of modern digital technologies including AI
• Experience leading teams and developing individuals
