Job summary

IGA Talent Solutions in London seeks a Head of Insurance Solutions & Origination to lead the growth of an insurance-led capital and credit solutions franchise. The role requires senior relationship management with insurers and deep market insight, including international travel.

The successful candidate will originate new mandates, develop strategic accounts across the UK and abroad, and collaborate with private markets, credit, and risk transfer teams to convert relationships into revenue.

Qualifications

• Track record of originating and developing commercial relationships with insurance companies.
• Strong knowledge of how insurers allocate capital and regulatory drivers.
• Experience across private markets, credit and capital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead coverage of insurance companies, developing senior relationships across investment, treasury and related functions.
• Originate new mandates and transactions from insurers, banks, asset managers and other financial institutions.
• Develop a pipeline of insurance-related transactions and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Collaborate with private credit, portfolio solutions, risk transfer and other areas where insurance capital can be deployed.
• Bring together clients, capital providers and internal specialists to develop and execute transactions.
• Deepen existing relationships while opening new strategic accounts across the UK and international insurance market.
