The role covers policy interpretation, complex coverage disputes, liability defence including professional indemnity, professional regulatory defence, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE in insurance/reinsurance litigation.
• Experience handling professional indemnity and insurance coverage disputes.
• Strong communication skills and commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners, own key work streams, and manage associates.
• Interpret policies and handle complex coverage disputes.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
