Ll Jnorth, on behalf of its client, an award-winning law firm, invites applications for an experienced Insurance/Reinsurance Litigation Solicitor with 5+ PQE to handle a professional indemnity workload. You will collaborate with partners, manage associates, and maintain direct client contact.

The role covers policy interpretation, complex coverage disputes, liability defence including professional indemnity, professional regulatory defence, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE in insurance/reinsurance litigation.
• Experience handling professional indemnity and insurance coverage disputes.
• Strong communication skills and commercial judgement.

THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for an experienced Insurance/Reinsurance Litigation Solicitor 5 + PQE to join a well respected and expanding team to handle a professional indemnity workload

You will work closely with partners, taking ownership of key work streams, managing associates, and maintaining direct client contact.

The work will cover:

• Policy interpretation and complex coverage disputes
• Liability defence work including professional indemnity
• Professional regulatory defence
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
• Contributing to business development and client engagement

THE CANDIDATE

You will have 5 + PQE having worked for a leading insurance law firm

Sound technical expertise in insurance coverage, handling high value insurance disputes acting for insurers and/or re-insurers

Strong communication skills and commercial judgement
