Job summary

Prospect Law LTD is seeking an experienced English-qualified barrister or solicitor to join on a profit share basis to develop the firm’s work in the insurance and risk management sectors.

The candidate will have a track record advising on a wide range of insurance issues and will already carry a substantial client following, ready to generate and service that work, while assisting directors with cross-practice client management.

Qualifications

• Experience in contentious and/or non-contentious insurance law matters.
• Must have a substantial client following and be capable of generating and servicing that work.
• Willingness to assist the directors with broader management across practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of insurance-related issues for clients.
• Develop and manage client work across different practice areas.
• Support directors in governance and strategic client development.
