Coforge Limited is seeking a Programme Test Manager in London to drive end-to-end testing for an insurance data transformation programme. The role requires leading SIT, UAT, regression and non-functional testing across multiple workstreams, ensuring quality, governance and timely delivery.

You will oversee test environments, data management, and supplier testing, coordinating with senior stakeholders and supporting go-live readiness and post-implementation validation.

• Develop and govern the end-to-end Programme Test Strategy.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression and non-functional testing across workstreams.
• Oversee test environments, data management, and refreshes.
• Establish testing standards, processes, tools, governance and reporting.

• Review test plans, coverage, defects, and evidence.
• Consolidate testing status, risks, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate dependencies and end-to-end business process validation.
• Support deployment planning, go-live readiness and validation.
