Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking a Programme Test Manager in London to drive end-to-end testing for an insurance data transformation programme. The role requires leading SIT, UAT, regression and non-functional testing across multiple workstreams, ensuring quality, governance and timely delivery.

You will oversee test environments, data management, and supplier testing, coordinating with senior stakeholders and supporting go-live readiness and post-implementation validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the end-to-end Programme Test Strategy.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression and non-functional testing across workstreams.

• Establish testing standards, processes, tools, governance and reporting.
• Ensure supplier-led testing meets quality standards and governance.
• Review test plans, coverage, defects, and evidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the end-to-end Programme Test Strategy covering:
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Regression Testing
• Non-Functional Testing
• Lead and govern test management activities across all programme workstreams.
• Oversee test environments, data management, environment refreshes, and readiness activities.
• Establish and enforce testing standards, processes, tools, governance, and reporting frameworks.
• Provide assurance that supplier-led testing aligns with agreed quality standards, entry/exit criteria, and governance requirements.
• Review and challenge test plans, test coverage, defect management processes, and test evidence.
• Consolidate programme-wide testing status, risks, issues, and quality metrics.
• Implement and govern test quality gates throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing dependencies, integrations, environment contention, and end-to-end business process validation.
• Act as the escalation point for testing risks, defects, quality concerns, and supplier delivery challenges.
• Support deployment planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation validation activities.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing for large-scale insurance data transformation, migration, and modernization programmes.
• Strong understanding of insurance business domains including:
• Claims
• Finance
• Operations
• Extensive experience in:
• Data migration testing
• Expertise in developing and governing:
• Test Plans
• Quality Gates
• Executive Test Reporting
• Experience managing testing across multiple workstreams, business units, and third-party suppliers.
• Strong understanding of testing across data integrations, analytics, reporting, and data platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting go-live activities and production validation.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Lloyd's, London Market, or General Insurance experience.
• Experience with:
