Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Science, AI, ML, or Advanced Analytics.
• Insurance industry experience is required.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Translate business problems into data science, AI, and analytics use cases.
• Present solution approaches, prototypes, and recommendations to executives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping prioritise initiatives and define business outcomes.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, pricing, risk, and customer operations teams.
• Drive adoption of AI and analytics solutions through stakeholder management and communication.
• Design and develop predictive, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions.
• Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready models.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models.
