Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced Technical Data Analyst to join its Data Technology team in London. You will analyse complex insurance datasets, develop robust data models, and ensure trusted datasets are delivered on a modern cloud data platform.

You will work with Data Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, using SQL, Snowflake, and dbt, with hybrid working 3 days in London.

Qualifications

• Two years of data analytics experience in insurance preferred.
• Strong SQL writing and data modelling skills.
• Experience reconciling data between source and target systems.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex insurance datasets across policy, claims, underwriting, finance and regulatory domains.
• Develop logical and physical data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve data platform performance.
