• Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably within commercial insurance or a broking environment.
• Experience managing client relationships and handling insurance enquiries.
• Good understanding of insurance products, policy documentation and the client service process.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, professional approach with the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client service and maintaining high professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
• Understanding clients' insurance requirements and providing appropriate advice and guidance within your authority.

• Acting as a trusted point of contact for policy enquiries, amendments, renewals and ongoing support.
