SJL Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Insurance Consultant to join our team, managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of clients. You will provide professional guidance and tailored insurance solutions while upholding our high service standards.

You’ll work independently within a supportive, collaborative team, contributing to client satisfaction and continuous development of your insurance expertise in a respected Lloyd's broker environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably commercial insurance or broking.
• Experience managing client relationships and handling insurance enquiries.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policy documentation and client service process.

• Managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
• Understanding clients' insurance requirements and providing appropriate advice and guidance within your authority.
• Reviewing client needs and helping ensure their insurance arrangements remain suitable.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for policy enquiries, amendments, renewals and ongoing support.
• Building long-term relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
• Working in line with company procedures, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

The Role

As An Insurance Consultant, Your Responsibilities Will Include
