SJL Insurance Services in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Insurance Consultant to manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of clients. You will advise on insurance needs and help ensure appropriate solutions are in line with regulatory standards.

You should bring proven experience in the insurance industry, especially in commercial insurance or broking, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a proactive, organised approach to workload.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably within commercial insurance or broking.
• Experience managing client relationships and handling insurance enquiries.
• Good understanding of insurance products and policy documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Excellent organisational skills and proactive work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
• Understanding clients' insurance requirements and providing appropriate advice and guidance within your authority.
• Reviewing client needs and ensuring insurance arrangements remain suitable.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for policy enquiries, amendments, renewals and ongoing support.
• Building long-term relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
• Working in line with company procedures, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
