Job summary

Aon plc in London is seeking a Client Manager to lead day-to-day management and renewal of an account portfolio consisting of mid to large law firms, accountants and consultants. You will handle Professional Indemnity, Cyber and Directors' and Officers' insurance, while supporting Client Directors in managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate insurance and client management.
• Ability to manage mid-to-large client portfolios.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and prospective clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.
• Support the Client Director with larger accounts while taking ownership of smaller accounts, including renewals, slips, and submissions.
• Develop understanding of clients' business, financials, goals, market position and key people.
• Contribute to new business activity and drive opportunities within the team.
• Collaborate with Aon's Global Broking Centre to support renewals and ensure high-quality service.
• Work with other divisions to strengthen service delivery and growth.
• Ensure timely client payments and assist with credit control as needed.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
• Adhere to insurer security policies and internal procedures.
