Job summary

Spider Web Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a UK-based specialist, is seeking a hands-on Senior Installation Supervisor to join their growing team. Based from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, with nationwide travel to customer properties, you will lead a four-person installation crew and oversee all on-site works.

You will have at least five years of senior 1st/2nd fix carpentry, strong leadership, and excellent problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in senior 1st/2nd fix carpentry with hands-on installation experience.
• Proven team leadership and site/installation management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer-facing communication.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a four-person installation team across the UK on domestic annex projects.
• Offload, assemble timber-framed annexes using glulam and pre-cut panels.
• Oversee groundworks, carpentry, flooring and doors during installs.
• Coordinate kitchen/bathroom fitting, windows/doors, and roofing elements.
• Liaise with customers and the off-site Project Manager.
