Job summary

Garden Annexes by GX Modular is seeking an experienced Senior Installation Supervisor to lead a four-person team in constructing high-quality timber-framed domestic annexes at customer properties across the UK. This permanent role involves hands-on installation, site management and ensuring work meets exacting standards, typically delivering one installation per week.

Qualifications

• At least five years senior 1st and 2nd fix carpentry experience.
• Proven team leadership and site/installation management experience.
• Hands-on leader with strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation team and manage site activities.
• Offload and assemble timber-framed annexes using glulam and pre-cut panels.
• Check groundworks and oversee 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, floor laying and internal door hanging.
• Oversee kitchen and bathroom fitting, UPVC windows and doors, and EPDM/lightweight tile roofing.
• Liaise with customers and the off-site Project Manager.
