Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking an Installation Project Supervisor to lead installation projects in Kent and surrounding areas. The role covers mechanical and electrical installations across defence, industrial engineering and construction sectors, with a hands-on supervisory approach.

You will manage a team, coordinate on-site activities, and remain the primary on-site contact while supporting ongoing career progression and regular overtime to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical hands-on engineering background.
• Project management experience.
• Based within an hour of Aylesford.
• Mechanically / Electrically qualified.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects on site as the senior contact.
• Coordinate and manage the installation team to deliver mechanical/electrical installs.
• Ensure project delivery across defence, industrial engineering and construction sectors.
