Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking an Installation Project Supervisor to lead installation projects across defence, industrial engineering and construction sectors. You will supervise on-site teams, coordinate activities and stay hands-on during mechanical and electrical installations.

The role requires UK travel and some overnight stays, with earnings in the £55k–£65k range plus overtime, a company van, bonuses and benefits. Based near Kent, with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Mechanical or Electrical Hands on Engineering background.
Project Management experience.
Based within an hour of Aylesford.
Mechanically / Electrically qualified.

Responsibilities

Lead Engineering Installation projects on site.
Coordinate and supervise the installation team.
Travel within the UK and stay away as required.
Cover defence, industrial engineering and construction environments.
