Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Installation Supervisor (Air Conditioning / Commercial) to lead a skilled team on commercial HVAC projects in Essex and Greater London. You will oversee installations, coordinate engineers, and manage client relations to ensure successful project delivery.

The role suits an experienced engineer aiming to progress into senior management, with a strong HVAC background and a valid F-Gas qualification. Travel in a company van is required.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial HVAC/air conditioning background.
• F-Gas qualification required.
• Experience with Daikin or Mitsubishi systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting a team of Air Conditioning Engineers.
• Coordinating installation projects across commercial sites.
• Organising engineers, schedules and project timelines.
• Overseeing Daikin and Mitsubishi air conditioning installations.
• Liaising with clients, engineers and senior management.
• Travelling to sites across Greater London in a company van.
