Job summary

Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our team for projects across Central London and surrounding areas. The role focuses on installing high-quality commercial systems with opportunities for progression into supervisory or senior positions.

You will install split and VRV/VRF systems, read installation drawings, and maintain health and safety standards while mentoring an apprentice and contributing to ongoing company growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years' experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
F-Gas Certification required.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Strong installation background for commercial systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Installation of split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and other commercial air conditioning systems.
Occasional planned maintenance and servicing.
Reading and interpreting drawings and installation specifications.
Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations.
Liaising professionally with clients, site managers and other trades.
Mentoring and training an apprentice on-site.
