You will handle business restructurings and formal insolvency processes, winding-up proceedings, directors’ duties and contentious insolvency matters, with a mix of contentious and non-contentious work.

Qualificações

• 4+ PQE in insolvency/restructuring
• Contentious and non-contentious insolvency experience encouraged

Responsabilidades

• Join a busy and well-regarded team in Norwich.
• You will be dealing with a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious work, advising a broad client base on complex and fast-moving matters.
• As the appointed Insolvency Solicitor, you will be dealing with business restructurings and formal insolvency processes, winding-up proceedings, directors’ duties and contentious insolvency matters.
