Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Insolvency Partner to lead and grow the firm's insolvency practice in the Midlands. You will advise on a broad range of matters for insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, shareholders and other stakeholders.

The role covers contentious and non-contentious insolvency, including corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring, litigation, director disqualification, and cross-border matters, with a focus on developing

Qualifications

• Established Insolvency Partner or senior insolvency lawyer with a strong market reputation.
• Strong existing client following and portable work.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop client relationships.
• Established network of contacts across insolvency, restructuring, banking and professional services markets.
• Strong technical expertise across contentious and/or non-contentious insolvency.
• Excellent commercial and business development skills.
• Ambition to grow the Birmingham practice; collaborative and strategic within a national firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the firm's insolvency practice in Birmingham.
• Advise a broad range of clients including insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, shareholders and creditors.
• Handle a broad range of insolvency matters, including corporate/personal insolvency, restructuring, litigation, and cross-border work.
• Drive cross-selling and client development to grow the practice and following in the region.
