Job summary

Sumer is seeking a Senior Insolvency Case Administrator for a fully remote role with occasional travel for team meetings. You will manage corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure, working alongside Insolvency Practitioners and Managers to deliver high-quality client service.

You’ll bring experience in corporate insolvency, the ability to handle matters independently, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate insolvency cases and procedures.
• Ability to manage insolvency cases independently from appointment to closure.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from inception to closure.
• Prepare statutory documents, reports and correspondence.
• Handle CVLs, MVLs, Administrations and Liquidations.
• Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors and stakeholders.
• Assist with investigations and asset realisations.
• Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members where appropriate.
